Join two trusted Irish brands in mortgages and personal finance

IMC is looking for a Content Strategy and Demand Generation Manager. In this role, you’ll support both MoneyCoach and Irish Mortgage Corporation — two respected names in financial advice and mortgage broking.

This is a hands-on, senior marketing role. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to build campaigns, create high-quality content, and grow our online presence.

You don’t need to be a designer or a coder — but you do need to understand what makes people click, and how to turn interest into action.

What’s involved?

This role will shape how we attract and engage new customers. It covers two linked brands:

  • Irish Mortgage Corporation helps people buy homes, switch mortgages, or review protection cover.

  • MoneyCoach supports professionals and business owners with pensions, savings, life cover, tax and succession advice.

On any given week, you might:

  • Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns

  • Write and schedule content for email, search and social

  • Build and manage flows in HubSpot

  • Review performance and suggest improvements

  • Update key website pages using WordPress

  • Create reports that link marketing work to sales results

  • Work with the sales team to identify what content they need

  • Test and optimise emails, pages and calls to action

Who we’re looking for

This role suits someone who knows how to mix strategy with delivery. You should be confident using data, writing copy, and working across teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A degree in marketing, communications or a related subject

  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot (ideally certified)

  • A strong grasp of GDPR and how to manage data safely

  • Proven results from past email, search or social campaigns

  • Working knowledge of WordPress, plus some HTML and CSS

  • Clear writing skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • A proactive mindset — someone who gets things done
